Youth Helping Trust recognizes the importance of vocational training in developing self-confidence, enhancing individual employability, and addressing the needs of various sections of society, including women, rural and tribal students, and the underprivileged.

Our organization provides opportunities for professional growth, career improvement, and lateral entry into general, technical, and professional courses through appropriate bridge courses. By offering vocational training, we aim to raise the economic standard of individuals and reduce unemployment by providing self-employment schemes. We believe in utilizing scientific and technical knowledge for the betterment of society.

The main purpose of our vocational guidance program is to assist students and women in acquiring knowledge about the characteristics, duties, functions, responsibilities, and rewards of various occupations. We help individuals discover their own abilities and skills and encourage their application in meeting the general requirements of different occupations.

Our trainers play a crucial role in assisting individuals in thinking critically about various types of occupations and providing them with techniques for analyzing vocational information.
